Description
Vinha do Coronel is one of these special blocks. Located on a steep hillside within Quinta do Quetzal, it lies on schist soil, where the Cabernet Sauvignon vines achieve balanced ripeness, good concentration, and firm tannins. The soil’s drainage and the block’s exposure give the fruit precision and keep the profile focused. The result is a Cabernet with controlled intensity, freshness, and minerality.
