Description
When the alcoholic fermentation process has finished, it is matured for 9 months in French oak barrels and hand-stirred. After being bottled, the wine is rested in the bottle for 3 months.
LONGEVITY: Between 6 and 8 years, if stored in a cool and dark place with the bottle lying down.
