Description
The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery in small 20 kg boxes. The viniculture process was carried out in stainless steel vats under a controlled temperature with a post-fermentation maceration period of 21 days. It was stored for 12 months in 500 litre French Allier oak barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
A full‐bodied wine with a rich colour. Its ne aroma suggests very mature red fruits, cocoa and jam. The aftertaste is prolonged and elegant.
