Description
Pairs well with grilled fish, seafood, sushi, and salads.
Aroma: Fresh with notes of red fruits and citrus.
Flavor:Intense and engaging with notes of red fruits. Fresh, creamy, and mineral.
Color:Light pink with salmon tones.
Winemaking: Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Direct pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel and part of the wine in barrels. Aging: 10% of the wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
Contains sulfites.
