Description
Complete de-stalking with a gentle crush and decanting of the must for 48hrs. Fermentation is in oak barrels at 15ºC for 30 days.
Maturation in French oak barrel for 8 months with batonageand a year in the bottle.
Nose: Tropical fruits, tangerine skins with a touch of spice
Mouth: Strong attack, developing an unctuous character balanced with pleasing freshness
