Description
Inspired in the production methods of the best Sparkling Blanc de Blancs.
Crystalline straw yellow. Fresh notes of citrus with some white plums, fused with notes of "pain grillé", and spices. In the test the attack is fresh, tense, with a fine bubble, good texture and persistence.
