Description
The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our cellar in a small boxes. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 30 days.
Colour of pale straw, clear and bright. Fine, fresh aroma in which citrus and passion fruit notes appear. In mouth, it is fresh, elegant and balanced.
