Description
The grapes were hand picked and transported to our cellar in small 15kg boxes. The must is the result of direct pressing, followed by fermentation fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 25 days.
Clear and bright. Dark rosé colour. Notes of very ripe cheries and strawberies dominate the aroma. In mouth, it is rounded and notably fresh.
