Description
Made from Touriga Nacional, Aragonês and Syrah. Each variety ferments separately for 10 days at 26ºC, followed by a prolonged maceration period in contact with the skins.
Its intense aroma of red and ripe fruit is complemented in the mouth by the tannins softened by the barrel and by the acidity that the fresh Atlantic breeze managed to maintain.
From its tasting, there is the sensation of a palate filled with a round and elegant wine, and an admirable aromatic persistence.
