Description
It is a wine that fully represents the use of precision viticulture, a technique that seeks to know the particularities of the grapes, plot by plot, line by line, vine by vine, thus discovering the best destination for each grape.
Minerality is present immediately when you take it to the nose. Fruit notes such as peach and apricot are revealed. The crunchy acidity, which is the mainstay of this wine, is balanced by the fruit. The aromas of toasted bread, accentuated by the creaminess that the aging in barrels gave to it, makes this wine a white wine for the cellar. It’s exciting to think about how it will be in a few years.
