Description
This wine from the Monte da Comenda Grande cellars truly reserves the designation “Reserve” and features an intense shade of garnet, a fine and complex aroma in which mature fruit stands out with notes of jam conjugated with vanilla and the light spices from its wooden cask maturing period.
This wine has a full flavour, revealing a grand structure, with slightly acidic and “suave” tannins resulting in a prolonged and persistent aftertaste revealing all of its complexity and equilibrium. In order to preserve all of its characteristics, this wine is not subject to tartaric stabilisation and hence, with the passage of time, may come to display traces of deposit.
